★。・゜゜・。☆What is Bentō (弁当 or べんとう?)☆゜・。。・゜★゜

‘O-bento’ basically means ‘boxed-meal.’ It is a portioned meal of either takeout or homemade food often found as a lunch type meal in Japanese cuisine! The bento box itself ranges in variety of size and color from having several stacks with internal dividers made of plastic, a single tray made of disposable materials, or in the more customary lacquer ware decorated with beautiful traditional motifs. They can come with a small bag or you can wrap it in a cloth with chopsticks! The whole idea of bento is to look attractive and artful… from the arrangement, presentation and garnishing to the coordinating color choice of the box, wrappers and utensils! The grand scheme is to look aesthetically pleasing to the viewer as well as provide a tasty meal!

To join just click on the "Join group" Button located on the right of the Group's Title Bar.  Joining is open to all fans and no approval is required.

★。・゜゜・。☆゜・。。・゜★゜How to Submit★。・゜゜・。☆゜・。。・゜★゜

     1. Go into the "Gallery" tab located at the top of the screen.  Click on the appropriate folder you wish to submit into OR click on the (+) button located at the end of the Folder's Title bar.  Then click on the "Submit to This Folder" and choose the deviation you wish to submit.  Please Submit to the appropriate folders!!!

     1.  Must be a member to Submit deviations to the Group's folders.  (For Suggested Features, an invitation will be sent to the original artist to join so that the suggested feature can be added.  Otherwise it will appear in "Favorites")
     2.  Submissions must be of Bento box, Bento lunch and or Bento box accessories.
     3.  Submissions must be made by the artist.  Do not submit works from other artists, sites, etc.  Must be genuine to the artist/submitter
     4.  Please make sure there are no people, animals, faces, or other live beings... This is a bento food, bento box, bento accessories photo only.
     5.  Please do not submit works that are drawn or contain any original characters, clay work, jewelry, plush, icon, etc. (Unless allowable by contest)  
     6.  Please keep it only photography of your personally made Bento lunch/Box/Accessories!
     7.  Square/Rectangular Tupperware, bento-like containers, & clear cups are accepted.  This is for members who do not yet own a actual Bento box.
     8.  Please do not submit works containing PLATES with decorated foods (unless in Tutorials.)
     9.  Please do not submit any works that slander or offend.

***IMPORTANT NOTE:  Any works that are deleted will not be notified before hand.  Basically just photos of bento food, Bento box and accessories only.  Please do not write offensive comments nor leave spam links.  Violators will be reported immediately.  Thank you***</ol>
